🕊️ PRAY HERE Devotion 🕊️ Where Is God Part 3 – In Your Praise

Scripture: Psalm 22:3 (KJV)

“But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.”

Devotion: Where is God and how can we invoke His presence around us? Let’s gather together and PRAISE HIM! He will be there. He inhabits the praises of His people. Inhabit means to live or occupy a space. So He will not only show up, but if you continually praise Him, you give God a place to live.

Although the scripture refers to Israel, it also applies to us. Israel was God’s chosen people, and so are we. (See John 15:16.) Jesus was talking to His disciples, saying, “I chose you.”

If you have never really and sincerely praised God, then you have not experienced His presence. When we give God praise, He comes to us and fills the space we are in. In that moment, we can receive whatever we need from Him.

For people who say, “It does not take all of that,” they have obviously NEVER felt or experienced the power and the amazing encounter of God’s presence! It is indescribable!!!

In 2 Chronicles 20:21–22, Jehoshaphat was the godly king of Judah, and they were in a battle against their enemies. They began to sing and praise God, thanking Him for His unfailing love. God then showed up and caused them to win this battle by setting ambushes among their enemies. Praise invited God to come down and live in their circumstance, and the victory was won!

Praise God if you want to find Him and experience all that comes with being in His presence. You never have to search hard for God. He is just one praise away!

Prayer: Lord, thank You for giving us access to Your presence through our praise. Teach us to worship You with sincerity and with our whole hearts. As we honor You, let Your presence fill every place we enter. Strengthen us, guide us, and give us victory in every battle as we praise Your holy name.
