🕊️ PRAY HERE Devotion 🕊️ God’s Love Saves

Scripture: John 3:16–17

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.”

Devotion: You have not truly experienced love until you accept and experience God’s love.

When I wanted to die because of all the abuse I had endured growing up, God’s love saved my life.

I accepted His love at a time when I felt like NOTHING. I had been torn down and hurt so badly that I did not want to live.

I decided to give God a try.

And accepting His love saved my life.

From that day forward, I vowed to live for Him and love Him with my heart, mind, body, and soul.

It has been rewarding, and it has been worth it.

No matter what your story is, God’s love will save you and change your life.

Hallelujah for Your unconditional love, Father God!

Jesus did not come to condemn us and tear us down; He came to save us and build us up.

That alone is enough to praise Him.

Humans often have conditional love, which is the opposite of God.

No matter how much people say they love you, it can change if you say the wrong thing, do the wrong thing, or simply stop being who they want you to be.

But thanks be to God that He is not like humans.

He does not care what you have done; He already knows that without Him, you are not perfect.

That is why He gives us grace.

That is why He helps us become more like Him.

That is why He keeps loving us even when we fall short.

And when His love truly transforms you and gives you a new heart, you can then love like Him.

You can forgive those who hurt you.

You can release those who disappointed you.

You can let go of bitterness and pain.

Take a moment and think about the many times you have disappointed God…

Yet He still loves you.

He still calls you.

He still reaches for you.

He still offers grace.

That is real love.

I pray that you are overwhelmed by God’s love and that you share your testimony with others of how His love healed every hurt, filled every void, and made you new.

God bless you!

Prayer: Father God, thank You for loving us with a love that is unconditional, healing, and saving. Thank You for sending Jesus not to condemn us, but to save us. Lord, we accept Your love today and we thank You for never giving up on us. Heal every broken place in us, fill every empty space, and help us to receive the fullness of Your grace. Teach us to love like You, forgive like You, and walk in the freedom that Your love brings. We are grateful that even when we fall short, Your love remains. Thank You for saving us.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
