🕊️ PRAY HERE Daily Devotion 🕊️ Lust of the Eyes Enters the Heart
Scripture Reference:
“But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart.”– Matthew 5:28 (NKJV)
Devotion:In our modern world, images flood our eyes daily—some innocent, but many filled with temptation. Social media, entertainment, and the internet often showcase overly sexualized content that can subtly capture our attention. While some images appear without us seeking them, others are intentionally searched and followed.
The danger lies not only in what our eyes see, but in what enters our heart. Lust of the eyes can plant seeds of sin that grow into actions and desires outside of God’s will. This warning applies to both men and women. Whether it’s lusting after a person’s body, comparing ourselves to unrealistic images, or craving what we see, our hearts can be led astray if we do not guard our eyes.

🕊️PRAY HERE Daily Devotion 🕊️ Title: Have You Prayed About It Yet?
Scripture :“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.” – Philippians 4:6
Devotion:So often, we rush to solve problems on our own, relying on our limited understanding. We brainstorm, plan, and worry ourselves into exhaustion; only to realize we haven’t gone to the One who holds the answers. God invites us to bring everything to Him in prayer. When we pray first, we acknowledge His wisdom, His guidance, and His sovereignty over our lives. Prayer is not just a last resort; it should be our first response. The next time you feel overwhelmed, stop and ask yourself, “Have I prayed about this yet?” God’s perspective is greater than ours, and when we seek Him first, we position ourselves to walk in His perfect will.
Prayer:Heavenly Father, forgive me for the times I try to handle everything on…
🕊️ PRAY HERE Daily Devotion 🕊️Count Your Blessings
📖 Scripture :“Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Devotion:It’s easy to focus on what we don’t have or the challenges we face, but God reminds us to be grateful for the blessings He has already given us. Each blessing, big or small, is a testimony of His love, faithfulness, and provision. Gratitude helps us stay encouraged, and strengthens our faith. Taking time to count your blessings not only shifts your focus but also lifts your spirit and keeps you in a positive mood. Gratitude brings peace to the soul and joy to the heart.
Prayer:Heavenly Father, thank You for every blessing You’ve placed in my life. Help me to recognize and appreciate even the small things, knowing that they are reminders of Your goodness. Keep my heart full of gratitude so I may glorify Yo…
