Scripture : “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19
Devotion: God is the greatest at rewarding obedience. When I was a little girl, my aunt would promise to bring us candy or toys when we had been good. I remember smiling on the phone, knowing she would bring something I’d love, and she always did! God is even better than that. Through Paul, He encourages us that hanging in there and staying faithful will be rewarded with heavenly wealth. His riches never run out, and His glory is beyond compare.
Too often, we give up too quickly: on God, on commitments, on ourselves, and end up forfeiting blessings He had in store for us. But I’m a witness: God has manifested His Word in my life over and over again, and the blessings I’ve received could have only come from Heaven. This is why my praise is so big and full of joy! I have been amazed by God. Just as Paul encouraged the Philippians, I’m encouraging you, trust God and obey Him, and He will supply all your needs, both spiritual and physical. The best part is knowing He will never run out of anything we need. Whether it’s grace, healing, provision, or strength, God can and will supply. Be encouraged today; He’s rich in glory and faithful to His Word!
Prayer: Father, thank You for being my provider and supplier of every need. Help me to trust You fully and stay committed, even when it’s hard. Remind me daily that Your riches never run out and that You delight in blessing Your children. I receive Your promises today with faith and thanksgiving. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Thank you God for supplying all my needs according to your riches in glory. Help me when my faith waivers to trust in your word and to know that it is true and you will never let me down. In Jesus name.
